Congress has duty to guard elections

We the citizens of America, "the home of the free and the brave," depend on the courts and elected officials to guard our freedoms.

Therefore, it is the duty of Congress to immediate investigate election manipulations since such malfeasance infringes on the freedom of the American electorate to choose whom they wish for government offices.
