Employee benefits firm moves offices

RIVERWOODS - Gary Mann & Associates, an employee benefits firm, has signed a new lease and has relocated their corporate headquarters to Riverwoods Corporate Center. With this transaction, the office building at 2610 Lake Cook Road is approximately 80 percent leased. Podolsky Northstar International represented the building ownership in this transaction. The company previously has been at 3400 W. Dundee Road in Northbrook.
