More of missing Buffalo Grove teen's belongings found
Police on Friday continued to find more belongings of a missing Buffalo Grove 18-year-old.
Lee Cutler, a senior at Stevenson High School, was last seen around 10 a.m. Oct. 20 in Buffalo Grove. On Monday, his car was found off Highway 33 near Baraboo, Wis.
The Sauk County Sheriff's police since then has been searching for Culter on the ground and in the Baraboo River.
Police said that around 2:40 p.m. Friday, divers found a pair of tan pants that contained a wallet and keys.
The wallet had Cutler's identification and a small amount of cash, police said.
The pants were found clinging to a partially submerged branch in the river; the divers also found a black leather belt on a nearby branch. Police believe that also belongs to Cutler.
The keys fit into the ignition of Cutler's gray Toyota Corolla, police said.
The items were found about 250 to 300 yards downstream from where Cutler's backpack and blankets were found Monday. Police have also found Cutler's yarmulke, letters to and from loved ones and an empty Advil PM bottle in the area.
Police said the river's levels have been dropping, exposing the pants and belt.
Divers planned to resume the search today.
