Let's uphold laws against criminals

In a recent letter to the editor (Ms. Brothman) had stated she wants the courts to uphold laws that go against law-abiding citizens and are unconstitutional.

The only laws that the courts should uphold are the ones that put criminals in jail or on death row.

Common-sense safety would be to go after the criminals and have a law that people may carry firearms.
