Chicago Sky take on Connecticut Sun

The skinny: After battling each other Friday, these two teams are at it again, this time on the Sun's turf. The Sky posted an exciting 73-65 victory, with K.B. Sharp igniting the Sky with 12 points and 4 assists as she fought off pain from a twisted ankle late in the game. Jia Perkins led the way with 15 points, and Quianna Chaney had her best game of the season with 10 points. Asjha Jones led the Sun with 18 points. Sky coach Steven Key noted Connecticut is one of the best teams in the East, yet the Sky won its second game in three tries. "We were able to hold on to positives and win," he said. The Sky handed the Sun its fifth consecutive loss Friday.

Sylvia Fowles is still out with a left knee sprain for the Sky, but Key said the rookie is progressing nicely and should be back in action before the WNBA takes its Olympic break in August.
