Westell CEO out, Sergesketter in

AURORA -Westell Technologies Inc., a maker of broadband products and conferencing services, said Tuesday its Chief Executive Officer, Thomas E. Mader, has resigned and will be replaced by Bernard F. Sergesketter, a former director. He will be interim CEO until the company identifies a permanent successor. Sergesketter was a director of Westell from 2000 through his retirement from the board in September. He also served as a director of Teltrend Inc. from 1996 through 2000, when Teltrend was acquired by Westell.
