Mosquito spraying
DuPage County residents can find out when trucks will spray for mosquitoes in their neighborhoods. People who live DuPage are served by Clarke Mosquito Control and can call the mosquito hotline at (800) 942-2555 to be put on a list that will notify them when local spraying will occur. Residents who live in Schaumburg Township, which is in Cook County, are served by the Northwest Mosquito Abatement District at (847) 537-2306. Residents may also contact them to be put on the notification list for spraying. Clarke Mosquito Control suggests keeping bird baths, gutters and eaves clean to help eliminate mosquitoes.
