Thanks for help with food drive

Daily Herald, thanks for all your help getting the word out on our recent Letter Carrier's Food Drive.

We wish to thank the people of Batavia for their generous food donations which sent 8,000 pounds of food to the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry.

We want to thank the City of Batavia Public Works Dept. for their help in transporting the food to the pantry. We want to thank the volunteers at the Food Pantry which were there to receive and sort the food. They kept things flowing smoothly.
