Teen has been shot 3 times

Nineteen-year-old Dominice Hallom is a three-time victim of Chicago gun violence this year. Hallom was shot in the buttocks Wednesday outside his parents' home in Chicago's Roseland community. In January, Hallom was shot in the left calf. And in April, he was shot in his back and the right calf. Both shootings occurred down the block from his parents' home. The victim's father, Tracy Hallom, calls Roseland a dangerous community, adding the neighborhood is going down the drain.
