The fairy tale of Stroger good works

Once upon a time, the publicist that Todd Stroger hired shortly after his election to publish good things about him did not have spell check on her computer.

Now 5,000 copies of this glossy publication sit in a county office replete with misspelled words and grammatical errors.

Fortunately it only cost the county $24,999 under the competitive bid requirement, not including the time spent by county employees praising the county board president and his programs, which is more of a fairy tail than a newsletter.
