Kirk fights taxes and spending

Congressman Mark Kirk should be applauded for standing up against wasteful spending.

All too often, our tax dollars are wasted on frivolous spending projects.

Kirk led the charge against the "Bridge to Nowhere" and was the first member of the House Appropriations Committee to swear off earmark spending until comprehensive reforms are in place.

Kirk is a leader on cutting spending and reducing taxes.
