Dugan's Gacy claim provides no excuse
Dugan's Gacy claim provides no excuse
Boo hoo for Brian Dugan who now seeks sympathy for an alleged claim that he was molested by John Wayne Gacy (Friday, "Did one monster create another?").
As if this in any far-fethched way excuses his alleged role in a child's murder.
I am not an attorney but if I was advising the prosecuting attorney, I would invoke the children of the Holocaust.
Why did these thousands of children -- subjected to unspeakable horrors, not the least of which was seeing parents murdered right before ther very eyes -- grow up to teachers, doctors and philanthropists?
At the very least, why did these emotionally and physically traumatized children maintain their humanity throughout their adulthood and banish the need to inflict pain on any other living sole?
Why does Dugan feel he is above these survivors? Why does Dugan feel he deserves a free pass?
