District 59 to destroy all records from 2012-2013

Community Consolidated District 59 will be scanning and shredding the hard copies of permanent and temporary files of all students from the years 2012-2013.

If you would like to request a copy of your records, contact the District 59 registrar by email, benjamin.annemarie@ccsd59.org.

If you wish to request a copy of your records, complete a district waiver for the release of these records. A copy of a current state issued ID is required.

The physical records will be held in the main district office only until March 5, 2018. However, the district will maintain a digital copy of the permanent student records.
