Man fatally stabbed in Chicago

Chicago police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man near Hanson Park in the northwest side's Belmont-Central neighborhood.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office says 28-year-old Jorge Sotello was stabbed Sunday morning in the 5600 block of West Grand Avenue, and pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center,

Chicago Police News Affairs Officer JoAnn Taylor says the stabbing occurred after an altercation, but no one was in custody as of late Sunday night.

An autopsy was tentatively scheduled for Monday.
