Naperville man arrested in 1981 cold case murder

Chicago police have made an arrest in connection with a murder that took place in 1981.

Authorities say Naperville resident Michael Cosmano has been arrested in the death of a pizza delivery driver on Chicago's Near Northwest Side.

Milton Rodriguez, 29, of Chicago was found fatally shot June 12, 1981, behind the pizza parlor where he worked.

Authorities said the 56-year-old Cosmano was arrested on a murder warrant Tuesday at his Naperville home after new details came to light.

He is to appear Thursday for a hearing in Cook County circuit court. Police said Cosmano was Rodriguez's boss.

The two allegedly argued about wages and work conditions before Rodriguez was found shot to death.
