More child porn charges for St. Charles man
Additional charges have been filed against a 20-year-old St. Charles man indicted this spring on charges of trading child pornography over the Internet.
Scott J. Nuxoll, of 215 N. Fifth Ave., surrendered to St. Charles police Wednesday on six counts of child pornography possession stemming from a March search of his home and computers, authorities said.
Nuxoll was first arrested March 27 and charged with three counts of child pornography possession with intent to disseminate, a Class 1 felony, after the state attorney general's High Tech Crimes Unit tracked online pornography trading to his home computer, police said. He was indicted in April.
Early on, forensic investigators uncovered three pornographic images of "very young" children, according to St. Charles police. The additional counts of child pornography possession, a Class 3 felony, resulted from the ongoing investigation, police said.
Nuxoll is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
