Georgian, Madison come to Poplar Grove

In an effort to address the public's ever-changing lifestyle and architectural demands, Gerstad Builders announces the introduction of two new two-story plans at The Trails of Dawson Creek in Poplar Grove.

The addition of the 2,844-square-foot Madison and 3,177-square-foot Georgian brings the number of blueprints offered within the mid-priced community to 12. Base priced respectively at $270,990 and $285,990 with partial basements, these three- or four-bedroom homes can be customized to meet the home buyer's desires and will be set on a one-quarter acre lots.

Six ranch homes offering 1,560 to 2,170 square feet of living space are also available within Dawson Creek for a base price of $192,490 to $289,990.

The Georgian, representing the largest two-story plan in Gerstad's portfolio of blueprints, has a basement, four bedrooms and 2½ baths.

Home buyers can customize these new homes by adding options like skylights, three-car garages (per plan), wood-burning fireplaces, additional volume ceilings, custom millwork, imported ceramic tile, Corian or granite counter tops, hardwood flooring and English or walkout basements.
