School bus in minor crash in Des Plaines

A school bus without any children was involved in a minor collision Thursday afternoon in Des Plaines, authorities said.

Few details were available from police about the accident along Wolf Road near Prairie Avenue.

One witness driving down Wolf Road said the accident was in the northbound lanes of Wolf Road. The front of the bus was damaged and the front of a passenger car was heavily damaged, she said.
