Say no to ComEd's proposed rate hike

As a customer of ComEd, I oppose the rate hike. Between rising gas prices, and other utility bills, most people barely make enough to get by. If the rate hike is passed in September, senior citizens will have to choose between medicine and their electric bill. Low-income families will have to wait to buy their children new shoes so they can pay their light bill. When as a community are we going to say enough with the ever-increasing rates?
