Libertyville flower shop fire remains under investigation

A two-alarm fire at a Libertyville flower shop Tuesday evening remains under investigation.

No injuries were reported in the blaze that was reported at 8 p.m. on the 1000 block of North Milwaukee Avenue.

It took nearly an hour to extinguish the fire, officials said.

Nearly 20 additional fire agencies assisted as well as Libertyville police and the Lake County sheriff’s office.

No damage estimate was immediately available.
