Two charged with murder

Chicago police say two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder in the weekend slaying of another teen in the parking lot of Simeon Career Academy on the city's South Side. Seventeen-year-old Samuel Hill and 19-year-old Ronald Little were scheduled to appear Monday in Cook County criminal court for a bond hearing. Two other youths who had been in custody were released without charges. Chicago police spokesman David Banks said none of the four youths initially arrested were students at Simeon. Hill and Little were charged in connection with Saturday's slaying of 18-year-old Chavez Clarke, the 20th Chicago Public Schools student killed by gun violence this school year.
