Student art to be on display at CLC exhibition

The 27th Annual Student Art Exhibition, a juried exhibit featuring artworks created by College of Lake County students, will open today at the Robert T. Wright Community Gallery of Art on the CLC Grayslake Campus.

An opening reception and awards presentation will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. in the gallery.

The reception is free and open to the public and includes refreshments and entertainment by Jazz Spectrum. The exhibit continues until May 17.

Artwork in the exhibit was created by students enrolled in painting, drawing, graphic design, photography, ceramics, sculpture and digital media and design courses at the college.
