Fire destroys Naperville home

A kitchen fire in Naperville left a house uninhabitable and caused about $25,000 to $30,000 in damage Monday. Naperville firefighters responded to the fire at 1328 Dartford Court about 5 p.m. for the fire that is now under investigation, but it appears to be accidental. No one was injured, Naperville Fire Department Battalion Chief Rich Polarek said.
