Plant sale aids garden club

Itasca Garden Club plant sale order forms are available through Tuesday at the Itasca Community Library, the Itasca Park District and Kean's Bakery. The club is offering annuals in hanging baskets, flats and pots. Springbrook Nature Center is offering native wildflowers and grasses. Plant pick-up is May 17 from 10 a.m. until noon at the Itasca Municipal Complex, 550 W. Irving Park Road. Proceeds support programs for members and allows the Itasca Garden Club to participate in community events and activities at the Arbor Nursing Home. For details, call (630) 775-0605.
