Palatine library offers cultural series for teens

Palatine Public Library District is set to host another edition of its cultural crafting series for teenagers from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 5. Teens who participate in the free program will get to immerse themselves in Japanese culture with koi and folding fan crafts while enjoying traditional snacks and candy.
