Event will help fund ICU renovation

The Provena St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary's annual fashion show "Head Over Heels" will be April 5 at the Stonegate Conference and Banquet Center, 2401 W. Higgins Road, Hoffman Estates.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m., followed at noon by lunch and a fashion show featuring looks from Von Maur and furs from the Mink Barn in Union.

Volunteers will sell tickets throughout the event for raffles. A grand raffle will feature 10 prizes with a first prize of $1,000 cash. A basket raffle will include theme baskets worth $100 or more. Guests who attend the fashion show can participate in the event raffle for cash prize of $500. The first 200 people to purchase event raffle tickets will receive a Pashmina wrap. Gift bags also will be available featuring gift certificates and gifts from area merchants.

Guests also will be able to shop in the vendor pavilion.

Proceeds from the event will help fund the renovation and expansion of the hospital's intensive care unit.

Nancy Adee of Gilberts and Pat Winesburg of Huntley are the event's co-chairs and ZZAZZ productions will coordinate the fashion show.
