Accountability for AJ

Sad; so sad. An innocent has been lost. But enough coverage about the cause and the summary of his sad, short life. We express disbelief, grief, then anger. Now, we want accountability. Not from those two poor excuses for parents. They'll get their due from their cell mates. But what about DCFS officials? Specifically those that failed to do their duty to protect the child? Let's read about those individuals and the consequences of their ineptitude. Institutions don't fail, individuals fail. Investigate and expose those responsible of this horrific situation and perhaps the institution will improve.
