Cigna reaches hospital deal

CHICAGO -- Cigna HealthCare and Alexian Brothers Hospital Network announced an agreement maintaining access for Cigna members to Alexian Brothers facilities. As part of the two-year agreement, Cigna members in Illinois will continue to be covered for inpatient and outpatient services at the Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village and St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. The new agreement became effective March 1.
