Motorola shaking up top executives
Motorola Inc. said today it's top marketing executive left Friday and will be replaced by two others.
Chief Marketing Officer Kenneth "Casey" Keller, who has been in the position for 1& years, has been the latest casualty since Greg Brown took over as chief executive.
"Marketing is vital to Motorola, and this restructuring will ensure that our marketing efforts are even more closely aligned with our businesses," said Motorola spokeswoman Jennifer Erickson.
Keller will be replaced by two other insiders. Eduardo Conrado and Jeremy Dale, both experienced marketing pros, will work closely with Motorola's design and development teams.
"We expect that this new structure will facilitate the further development of our brand, increase our product marketing effectiveness and accelerate the growth and success of Motorola," Erickson said.
