Plane lands on Lake County golf course

A small plane made an emergency landing on a Lincolnshire golf course outside the Lincolnshire Marriot on Milwaukee Avenue at about 5 p.m., police officials said late Saturday.

No one was injured in the landing, officials said. Police are investigating the cause of the emergency landing. Police said further details would be released after the investigation is completed.
