Drug companies focus on profits

Have you noticed that the American drug companies that are spending literally billions of dollars yearly advertising products to the public that are available on prescription only are outsourcing the manufacturing of their products to China in order to improve profits even if it puts health and lives at peril.

Their costs may be reduced but in case you haven't noticed, their prices are continually being increased.

Don't depend on the FDA for protection. They haven't got the resources and frankly I feel they haven't got the desire to protect us adequately.

The drug lobby in Washington is very powerful.

Have you noticed that even on tubes of toothpaste, it says "distributed by?" That means that they didn't really produce it but only packaged it.

I am a retired pharmacist with both retail and hospital experience who dealt with these companies for more than 45 years and learned not to trust the drug companies. I'd call them scoundrels except that that would be insulting scoundrels.
