Art, essay contests celebrate Rainbows
Rainbows, the locally-based, international grief support charity for children and teens, is sponsoring two contests to celebrate the organization's 25th Birthday.
Rainbows 25th Birthday art contest is open to all kids ages 5 to 18. The theme is "rainbows." Entries can include images of hope and healing and celebration as well.
Rainbows 25th Birthday essay contest is open to kids ages 5 to 18 who are current or past participants of Rainbows grief support programs. The essays should answer the question: "What does Rainbows mean to me?"
Monetary prizes and certificates will be awarded in four categories for each contest. Entry forms and contest rules are available at www.rainbows.org.
