Only voters have right to complain

The editorial cartoon in the election day paper was one of the best I have seen in a long time. It reflects my feelings exactly.

For those who missed it, the person who voted received a second sticker. It said "Now I have the right to complain."

Short and to the point.

It should be reprinted every election day. Millions of citizens do not exercise their right to vote. Excuses like "I don't like any of the candidates" or "I don't have time" are about as lame as "My dog ate my homework."

Make the time, and vote for some third or fourth party candidate if you don't like the major parties.

Bottom line: If you don't vote, you have no right to complain about whoever gets elected.
