1 hurt in Bartlett crash

At least one person was seriously injured Friday morning when a semi collided with a passenger car near the intersection of Route 59 and Route 20 in Bartlett.

The driver of the car was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, their condition was not available at the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Traffic on Route 59 is being diverted onto Route 20 in both directions as crews continue to clean up the scene.

Route 59 is closed between the westbound Route 20 entrance ramp and the exit ramp just south of Route 20.
