Upcoming programs
• Gray Areas, Deep Discussions -- from 7 to 8:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month. The non-judgmental series probes the gray areas of issues that invite deeper thought.
Upcoming topics include "Crime and punishment" on Tuesday, "What would Jesus do nowadays?" on March 11, and "Personal Power" on April 8.
Facilitated by Ruth Baggech. R.S.V.P. required. Fee is $5 per session.
• My Body, Myself -- held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of the month.
Explore physical/spiritual issues related to women's health, including how physical symptoms and emotional stresses are interrelated.
Upcoming topics include "Illness holding a message of change" March 4, and "Cultivating grace in life" April 1.
Facilitated by Alexanne Osinski. Fee is $5.
• T'ai Chi Chih -- T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation that deepens awareness of the Holy. Through 19 gentle, flowing movements, reach the inner stillness so elusive in a busy life.
T'ai Chi Chih helps to align with the Divine Energy at the heart of all creation to restore and revitalize body-mind-spirit.
Beyond Beginning, held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, deepens the experience for those familiar with the movements. Series two will be held from March 6 to April 17.
Fee is $60 per series. Facilitated by Diana Welsh Durkin.
• Amrit Yoga -- held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays. Amrit Yoga is a unique blend of yoga postures, breath control, concentration and meditation, all practiced simultaneously as meditation in motion.
The practice of Amrit Yoga gently challenges one to release stress, awaken the body's natural healing wisdom, and fully integrate the body with mind, heart and soul.
The next session runs March 6 to April 17. Fee is $60 for both. Facilitated by Kelly (Trusha) Jones.
• Becoming a Sage -- held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 8. Healthy aging is more like a birth process than a reminder of mortality. It includes passion, adventure and a sense of fulfillment.
Explore spirituality, and leave this day of reflection with a more positive vision of growing older and enthusiasm for working toward a legacy.
Attendees should bring a lunch -- dessert and beverage provided. Fee is $40. Facilitated by Ruth Baggech.
• Gentle Morning Yoga -- held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays.
Yoga improves flexibility, strength, balance and posture. The class will introduce the postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation of Hatha Yoga.
Postures will be taught at a beginner's level, and include modifications for those with any physical limitations. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat or towel.
Series two runs from March 18 to April 29. Fee is $60 per series. Facilitated by Teresa Montessano.
• Celebrating the Spring Equinox -- held at 7 p.m. March 19. Reflect on the spiritual messages hidden in seeds, buds and the new life that stirs in the Earth and us all.
Attendees should bring a symbol of the season that speaks to their spirit. R.S.V.P. recommended.

• Painting with Spirit - held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, April 2-16.
This three-week series uses watercolor as the key to unlock creativity and inner self. Explore and play with paint, use imagery and meditation to open inner treasures, and share the energy of painting together.
No experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided. Facilitated by Fran Dionisio. Fee is $50.
• SPA (Special Personal Attention) Day -- held April 5. Appointments required.
Choose any three of the following 30-minute experiences: Foot Reflexology Massage; Reiki Energy Balancing; Hypnotism; Naprapathic treatment (head, neck, shoulders); Healing Touch; Conversation with Life Coach; or Spiritual Companioning.
Based on the program chosen, The Center will provide a personal schedule for the morning (9 to 11:30 a.m.) or afternoon (1 to 3:30 p.m.)
Early registration is encouraged. Fee is $60.
• Chakra 7 - Energy of Spiritual Connectedness -- held at 7 p.m. April 19.
The Chakras are an energy system that bridges the physical and spiritual aspects of our lives.
Explore the energy of the final in-body chakra, acknowledge the relationship with the Divine, and become aware of the distribution of our spirits day-to-day.
Facilitated by Alexanne Osinski. Fee is $10.
