Violent behavior is violent behavior
The Humane Society of the United States and the Chicago Police Department have united and decided to reward people $5,000 for reporting information that leads to the arrests of inhumane criminals who are involved in illegal animal fighting.
In Chicago, 65 percent of people arrested for animal abuse crimes have also been arrested for committing violent crimes against people.
This verifies that cruel individuals who derive pleasure from torturing and killing dogs, cats and other helpless animals are also a major threat to the safety and welfare of innocent humans.
