Seminar on moving to be held March 12

The Village at Victory Lakes will hold a program titled "New beginnings: Everything you wanted to know about moving, but were afraid to ask" at 2 p.m. March 12. The Village at Victory Lakes is at 1075 Victory Drive, Lindenhurst.

Topics will include:

• Navigating the real estate market.

• Deciding what to move and what to sell.

• Hiring movers.

• Packing and unpacking.

• Getting a house ready to sell.

• "It is not downsizing, it is rightsizing."

During a question-and-answer session, some of The Village at Victory Lakes' residents will be in attendance to personally address specific questions about the benefits of moving into a senior living community.
