What has Obama done for Illinois?

Could someone refresh my memory; what has Obama done for Illinois. When he was in the State House, what bills did he propose; was to save the CTA?, the Tollway?, ethics in real estate deals?

What about in the Senate?, did he propose an immigration fix? what bills did he introduce? Sub prime mortgage bills?

Could it be that he is a do nothing insider? Please help! What important Presidential worthy deeds did I miss?
