Westell to lay off 58 employees

AURORA -- Westell Technologies Inc., a provider of broadband products, on Thursday announced it was eliminating approximately 58 positions across the organization. These cuts are in addition to previously announced cuts related to the outsourcing of manufacturing. The cuts will result in an annual savings of about $6 million, the firm said.
