Video game inspires lottery

SPRINGFIELD -- The Illinois Lottery will introduce a Golden Tee Instant Ticket, inspired by the arcade golf game. To launch it, the lottery will host a Golden Tee closest-to-the-pin competition with cash prizes. Golden Tee enthusiasts can participate in 16 qualifier events, with the finals March 12 at Cubby Bear North in Lincolnshire. Golden Tee is made by Arlington Heights-based Incredible Technologies.
