Enjoy Japanese Garden during winter walk Saturday

Experience the beauty and tranquility of the Fabyan Japanese Garden when it is frosted with a blanket of snow at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Fabyan West Forest Preserve off Route 31 in Geneva, just north of Fabyan Parkway.

Warm beverages will be supplied, as well as Fabyan history and Japanese garden theory. Dress warmly and for walking through snow.

Snow is a requirement for this tour and additional or no-snow dates are scheduled for Feb. 6 and 23. For details, call (630) 377-6424 the morning of the tour to confirm.
