Don't grant Dist. 203 its wish list

When District 203 offers a referendum representing our needs rather than a wish list, I will vote for it. I will vote no on the current 203 request.

Thirty years of decisions in business tells me that pools, locker rooms, artificial turf, hot lunches, security issues that have already been addressed, building for overcrowding instead of boundary changes, a new $11 million facility instead of a plan to renovate underutilized schools for the 100 in early education are wants and wishes, not needs. Too many costly wishes tacked onto our real needs.

I hope to see a modified referendum this coming November presidential election so that I can vote yes for our needs, even though my taxes will rise yet again. Please vote.
