Praise for Hines VA Hospital

I was speaking to a good friend telling him of my wonderful experiences at the VA hospital. He responded by telling me that all he heard were bad things about Hines.

I'm writing to say that all of my care and appointments have been professional, on time and pleasant. I was immediately impressed at the cleanliness of the hospital. Then all my contacts inside and on the phone were all top notch. In fact, I was so impressed by my visits that I could not tell enough people how great they were.

When I hear or read of the bad experience some people have, I almost believe that they are talking about a different hospital.

My hats off to Hines V.A. for a super job.
