Would tax breaks aid those to blame?

Seems like all the candidates are jumping on the economic stimulus bandwagon now that they have become aware of our failing economy.

On the Republican side of the tent show, there's much talk about a reduction in the corporate taxes. Guess my question would be, is that a reduction going to those very same corporations who give out millions in bonuses to their top execs?

Or maybe it's a tax break going to those same corporations who have shipped American jobs overseas so they can reap enormous dividends at the expense of the American consumer and the American environment.

I sure hope that the answer to the above questions isn't "yes." Anybody want to take any bets?
