Lauzen will be frugal with money

In 1993 I met a young man who was new to the business of Illinois government.

Having been acquainted with a number of politicians over the years I found this young man a refreshing change.

Now, having worked with him on numerous ventures, I can honestly say that he is still the same refreshing young man I met 15 years ago.

Even when we were on different sides of an issue he treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. This young man is Chris Lauzen. Although his strength has been tested many times over the years he has remained steadfast in his convictions and commitments.

His voting record will indicate the same.

Lauzen has never been and never will be influenced by big money. I believe that his opponent is trying to take an unfair advantage by spending an obscene amount of money on some really bad milk commercials just to try to keep his name out in front. Chris Lauzen is as frugal with his own money as he has been, and will continue to be, with yours.

I'll be voting for Chris Lauzen twice next Tuesday -- once for the special election primary and again for the regular election primary. Let's send the right man to Washington.

Chris Lauzen is that man.
