Drastic health care changes unneeded

It's a fact that 86 percent of Americans now have health care insurance.

Why then do some candidates want to drastically change this system to benefit 14 percent at the expense of the 86 percent covered?

Why not just find a way to take care of the 14 percent who really cannot afford coverage?

Also, if a universal health care plan is implemented, would all citizens be afforded the same superior benefits that our public servants now enjoy?
