Appointments will say lot about Obama

Congratulations to President-elect Barack Obama. My hope is that he understands his primary responsibility is to the American people. All Americans.

The first step in transforming the total lack of trust most Americans have for all politicians (federal, state and local) can begin immediately if he has the courage of conviction to appoint cabinet members and advisers regardless of political party, sex, race, age or the amount of dollars contributed to his campaign fund.

If he selects any past or current executives or board members of Freddie Mac or Sallie Mae after how their greed has negatively affected millions of Americans, I guess we can all assume it will be politics as usual for the next four years.
