• Karen Anderson of Libertyville, daughter of Jeff and Liz Anderson, was named to the dean's list for the second semester for the College of Arts and Sciences at Loyola University in Chicago. Karen is a 2006 graduate of Libertyville High School.

• Mary Sturgeon, daughter of Les and Jane Sturgeon of Green Oaks, graduated from the University of San Diego with High Honors in Political Science. She is currently attending Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, to study architectural design.

• Natalie Menick, daughter of Ralph and Carol Menick of Hawthorn Woods, graduated from Northwestern University on June 20 with a degree in biological sciences. She was named to the dean's list for the 2007-08 fall and winter quarters. Natalie is a 2004 graduate of Lake Zurich High School.

• Samantha Stachowiak, daughter of Chris and Libby Stachowiak of Lake Zurich, was named to the spring 2008 dean's list at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Samantha is a 2006 graduate of Lake Zurich High School. She will be a junior at UIUC this fall and is majoring in English with a secondary education minor.
