Congress needs a KISS

Incredible! The Senate has just put out another very lengthy bill, 370 pages, covering border security and aid for Israel and Ukraine. How can anyone be expected to understand all the nuances in such a monstrosity? In business we had a formula for success - "KISS"- keep it simple stupid. If only Congress would adopt this principle perhaps things would get down faster and may actually make sense.
