Google to include 'real-time' data
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - Google will begin to automatically update its search results to include relevant information within a few seconds after the content is recorded in its Web index. The "real-time" search feature unveiled Monday marks a major step in Google's ambition to provide a comprehensive look at what people are discussing online as quickly as possible. The fresh information will scroll across a section of the main results page. Previously, a new search request was the only way to get the blog posts, status updates and other information that Google had indexed since the previous query.
